Week 2 of February 2026 - Fresh Improvements

The system now displays stock visibility details when generating or previewing a Picking List. Built-In Reports have been enhanced with a new filter to hide or show items with zero stock, and users can open records in a new tab. Unit of Measure enhancements include visibility in reports and custom configuration options. Task Costs Breakdown has added an account field and editable account codes. Manage Assets Export enhancements include generating two columns for related fields and a loading animation for export. External ID enhancements allow easier copying and repositioning. The Office Review Date Completed updates automatically based on record status changes. Fixes include resolving an error with saving materials, fixing logout issues for users with a Customer role, and correcting Sub-Status behavior. Internal notes indicate metadata is needed.

Fixes addressed issues with job status indicators, mobile app settings, and customer portal logout problems. The mobile app version 2026.4.0 includes enhancements such as warehouse selection for materials allocation and displaying assigned users or resources in job details, with fixes for display issues on mobile devices.

Week 1 of February 2026: Focused Feature Update

The timesheet system has been enhanced with separate fields for Start Date and Start Time, and timezone information has been removed from time entries. Cost Centers and Work Location are now available, and time entries that extend past midnight are recorded against the start date. A new AG Grid layout improves viewing and interaction, and timesheets become accessible with at least one time entry, allowance, or activity. The timesheet status hierarchy includes Rejected, Pending, Submitted, and Approved, and shifts have been removed from user timesheets. Allowances and activities have right-click options for adding, editing, and deleting entries. The mobile app version now replaces shifts with Start Location and Stop Location, and enforces non-overlapping time entries. The daily summary view provides an overview of total hours, allowances, and activities, with color-coded statuses for different timesheet stages. Users can swipe actions for deleting, editing, and managing allowances, and jobs can now be created with allowance options.

Enhancements include a new "Is a Repeating Group" toggle, AI-powered prompts, multi-line copy and paste support, and the ability to select document templates for checklists. There's now support for banner images, enhanced default value population with signature prompts, and display condition configuration for prompts. Users can launch checklists directly and insert images within prompts. New prompt types have been added, and there's a pending prompt counter for group prompts. PDF improvements include reduced signature size and dynamic cells for group prompts. The Office Review default color is now pink, and the maximum number of visible jobs per day has been increased. A fix was made for an issue with expired image links in PDF reports. The mobile app version 2026.2.0 includes checklist enhancements.
