Enhancements:

  • Added default sorting by walk order
  • Added refresh button in calendar listing
  • Allow to sync time sheet based on related task and vice versa
  • Allow the user to update the time sheet on calendar.
  • Added ability to sort customer column.
  • Add ability to link commonly used items per asset type
  • Add asset new asset fields to asset report fields in asset type
  • Add support for more 6 report fields in HTML job inspection and full job report
  • Asset checklist now includes additional asset-related fields for better tracking.
  • Global search enhancements: Customer and supplier entries now show Customer Number / Supplier Number and Address for quicker identification.
  • Added new "Exists" and "Not Exists" filter operators for more flexible filtering options.

Fixes:

  • Fix unnecessary prompts
  • When replying user from the email, email domain should apply in Reply-To
  • Fix issue where parent task is not updated when primary task is updated in scheduler
  • Fix when task is completed in mobile, update the assigned user to the user who completed the task
  • Resolved issue with scheduler edge snapping to improve alignment
  • Validated the entry of start and end dates/times on both desktop and mobile apps to ensure accurate calculation of total duration.
  • Resolved issue where multiple notifications were shown when creating time entries with zero duration.
  • Improved filter handling for a more consistent user experience.
  • Add sync to accounting field for invoices module to be used for workflow condition.
  • Remove apostrophe and make the refresh icon a scheduler spin when clicked
  • Properly placed refresh icon to avoid confusion
  • Fixed an issue with snapping edges where cards were not properly aligned or formatted. Cards now display with consistent layout and structure.
  • Resolved an issue with excess padding on the new scheduler listing when viewed on screens with a resolution higher than 1080p.
  • Time entries created from job or travel schedules, as well as manually entered time, will now appear in timesheets. The Task column will display the job number only
  • Resolved an issue where all records were displayed in the portal when a contact had no site or customer linked. Access is now properly restricted based on contact associations.

Internal Notes:

  • Fix internal server error when deleting an already deleted filter
  • Fix internal server error when generating a quote document with missing line item metadata during discount computation
  • Fix internal server error when generating a document for safety forms
  • Add a temporary workaround that redirects users from app.fieldmagic.co/reports/checklist to api.fieldmagic.co/reports/checklist

Mobile App version 2025.1.4:

Enhancements:

  • Add ability to delete locally created assets
  • Add ability to add materials during inspection with commonly used items linked to current asset type

Mobile App version 2025.1.5:

Fixes:

  • Time Entry Accuracy Improvement: The time entry form now uses the active timer to populate start and end times, ensuring more accurate time tracking.
  • Scheduler Task Prioritization: Improved logic to prioritize schedulerTask values when determining fallback start time, end time, and duration.
