Week 1 - March Forward: New Enhancements and fixes Ahead

Enhancements:

• New Asset Report in Jobs
  • The Inspection Summary Report is now available in the Jobs module, with options for both template and HTML formats.
  • The "Share in Portal" feature no longer encounters an error. Shared files are now correctly added to Uploaded Files and are available for download in Fieldmagic and the Portal.

Job Reports

• Page Numbers: A new setting allows users to enable page numbers in reports. This can be toggled in:
  Settings → Configure PDF → HTML Settings → Enable Page Numbers.
• Improved Job Report Details:
  • Empty sections are now hidden.
  • The header has been streamlined to display only:
    • Customer and Address
    • Date Completed
    • WO/PO Number
    • Job Summary

Assets

• Serial Number Links: Clicking on a serial number now redirects to the linked public asset checklist full report.
  • The serial number will always appear first, whether it was originally included or not.
• Default Report Fields Update: For asset types without predefined report fields, the default displayed field has been changed from Notes to Fault Details.
• Inspection Photos: Inspection photos are now included for each linked asset that does not have a checklist.

Job Checklists

• Checklists are now listed in the configured order.
• Background colors are applied based on checklist status.
• The Checklist column is now clickable, redirecting to the public checklist full report.

Inspection Summary Report

• The header details have been simplified, now displaying only:
  • Customer and Address
  • Date Completed
  • Job Summary
  • Asset sections, similar to Job Reports

Checklists (HTML Template)

• Images are now reduced to 200px with links redirecting to the full-size image.
• Grouped prompts: Group name rows now have a background color based on configuration.
• Instruction rows: Background color now reflects configuration settings.
• Comments Column: Comments are now displayed as a third column, but only if at least one prompt contains comments.
• Additional Images: Hidden when no images are provided.

• Added Every 8 Months period to recurring jobs
• New clients would have HTML templates enabled by default
• Add Full Report column for both Job Report and Job Inspection Summary Report HTML templates
  • Added public basic inspection report for assets linked to a job that do not have linked asset checklist.
    

Fixes:

• Resolved a data format issue in the database. The Date field, including custom date fields, now supports the MM-DD-YYYY format when applying filters in the list view.
• Asset merging now functions as expected. Users can merge up to three records without encountering console errors.
• When a customer has a default pricebook set, it is now automatically selected in the work order of the related job.
• Fixed Job and Quote wizards: When a customer has no site, there's now an option to create one.
  • Successfully tested the following scenarios in the Job and Quote wizards:
    • Customer with existing site(s) selecting one of the available sites.
    • Customer with existing site(s) creating a new site.

• Fix internal server error when rendering public checklist report when html option is turned off
• Fix page title for public checklist report
• HTML Layout Improvements for Job Report and Job Inspection Summary Report
  • Fix misaligned borders on assets
  • Fix thumbnails width to 200px max which avoids the table width to overflow and becomes hidden
