Enhancements include improvements to user management, such as bulk updates for user billing categories and displaying users' external IDs. We've added an option to show the Product Code in the Item column of your Quote documents in PDF Configuration. If a Product Code isn't available, no worries—the Product Name will appear instead! 🛒

You can now manage overlapping timers with a handy prompt, thanks to a new system configuration option. ⏲️

✔️ **Consistent Job Status:**

We've ensured that job substatus is retained when selecting a matching status, keeping your workflow smooth. 🔄

📋 **Improved Scheduler Experience:**

In the Scheduler, you can now see who created schedules and notes, with full details available on hover. 📆

🔧 Customize your checklist with options to toggle the "Mark All as Passed" button and configure decimal places for numeric prompts. 👍

🚀 **Efficient Job Creation:**

Quickly select Technicians and Service Groups when setting up recurring jobs. Selections are automatically applied, streamlining your process! 🛠️

🔄 **Bulk Update Made Easy:**

With the "Select All" feature, you can update Service Groups and Assigned Users/Technicians effortlessly, preventing default assignments unless chosen. 🌐

📍 **Site Handling Simplified:**

If a customer has only one site, it’s automatically selected for recurring jobs. Plus, we’ve integrated the System Condition Report for Gemfire. 🏢

Bug Fixes & Improvements 🛠️

🔧 We've resolved several issues to improve your experience:

Invoices emailed from a job now sync correctly with the accounting system. 📧

System settings now validate numbered fields and display updated values instantly. 🔢

Email form translations are corrected, and browser print preview issues are resolved. 🌐

Customer Invoice email templates now save and display dynamic variables correctly. 🧾
