Week 2 of May 2025: Optimizing Features for Seamless Performance

- Manage Users now includes a filter to view Active or Inactive users
- Sites can now be searched with customer-based restrictions, and the list is paginated to show 10 sites per page.
- Added new text field operators for list view filters and reports: does not contain, starts with, and ends with.
- Added the ability to select a specific record when testing a webhook endpoint.
Fixes:
- Resolved issue where background and indicator colors were missing
- Corrected behavior where copy worked, but paste failed to execute
- Fixed issue where cut-paste actions inserted content from a previous copy instead of the cut selection.
- Fixed bug causing the Reset notification icon ('!') to display unexpectedly after making edits
- Resolved issue by updating the Customer/Supplier Accounting ID during sync when a name match is detected in Xero (Customer, CI, SI)
- Removed the “Set a default product for accounting sync” option from the accounting setup process.
- Department field is now auto-filled for Jobs, Quotes, Tasks, and Assets created via the mobile app, using the user’s primary department. Blank if no department is set.
- Updated scheduling behavior to match the vertical scheduler: appointments scheduled within 24 hours will no longer turn on by default, preserving consistent behavior.
- Added an indicator to the 'Today plus N days' filter to clarify that it includes the current day (greater than or equal to), helping prevent user confusion.
- Updated the Jobs listing to use 'All Open Jobs' as the default filter.
- Fixed an issue in the Scheduler vertical view where the user filter was not correctly filtering users.
- Fixed an issue in the Scheduler vertical view where newly added schedules were not saved if resized before being saved.
- Fixed an issue where webhooks were being triggered even when workflow conditions were not met.
- Fixed an issue where webhook payloads were incorrectly sent as plain text instead of JSON.
- Fixed an issue preventing users from saving Supplier Invoices (create/edit) when the Tax Code field is included in the form. The field was incorrectly marked as required.
