Week 2 of November 2025: Focused Improvements for Consistent Growth
Nov 13, 2025We've made updates to enhance your experience, including the ability to set a Customer Name different from the First and Last Name, editable name fields, and improved search bar features. Job Summaries are now organized alphabetically by Asset Type. Desktop users can access the Configure menu, with new filters in Advanced Search and enhanced performance using ag-grid. Logos and Customer/Site fields are now better integrated into reports, and quotes update automatically when emailed. The HTML Template Builder now includes placeholder blocks and immediate logo updates in reports. Resource-based Scheduling and updated Teams Module View allow for better management of start and end times. Important fixes have been made to printing issues, menu access, and button display on small screens.

Customer Name & Search Enhancements:
🌟 You can now set a Customer Name different from the First and Last Name.
✏️ Name, First Name, and Last Name fields are editable when creating Customer Organizations or Custom Types.
🔍 Our search bar in Wizards now filters customers by type (Individual or Organization/Custom).
Job Summaries:
📋 Job Summaries from Recurring Jobs are now neatly organized alphabetically by Asset Type.
Advanced Reports & Desktop Updates:
💻 Desktop users can now see the Configure menu, though some modules remain restricted.
📅 Added filters for This Month, This Year, and This Week in Advanced Search.
📊 New Stack Chart for dropdown fields, and our tables now use ag-grid for better performance.
🎨 Logos display beautifully according to your branding, and Customer and Site fields are visible in reports.
📧 Quotes automatically update to “Quote Sent” when emailed, and progress indicators show when custom buttons are processing.
HTML Template Builder Enhancements:
💡 Added placeholder blocks for Custom Code data.
🖼️ Changing logos now reflects immediately in reports, and you can include signature photos in custom templates.
Resource-based Scheduling:
🗓️ Introducing Resource Scheduling with saved filters and a Department Filter in Scheduler.
