Jun 30, 2026Enhancements include the addition of company name autocomplete, the ability to add contacts from key records and mobile dashboards, default enabling of standard asset fields for new asset types, and improvements to quote version form layouts and bundle support. Fixes address issues such as preventing 500 errors from invoice numbering overflows, resolving job report preview failures, fixing note editing and time entry editing in mobile timesheets, and correcting stock allocation and dialog previews. The mobile app version 2026.16.4 improves contact addition processes, updates usability defaults, and addresses time entry editing and billing flow issues.

🏢 Company name autocomplete added to speed up record creation and help prevent duplicate companies.
👥 Add contacts on the fly! Users can now create contacts directly from Customer, Site, Job, and Quote records, as well as relevant mobile dashboards.
📋 Standard asset fields (last inspection, location, expiry, status, etc.) are now automatically enabled for newly created/generated asset types.
📝 Quote line items now stay neatly aligned, even at different browser zoom levels.
🚫 Bundles are now disabled on Credit Notes for improved consistency.
🔗 Public API now supports bundle items.
🔄 Recurring invoices now fully support product bundles.

🔢 Prevented 500 errors caused by invoice number overflow—users now receive a clear validation message instead.
📄 Fixed job report preview issues that could get stuck loading on jobs with large numbers of assets. PDF generation has been verified across all report types.
🔀 Fixed an issue where asset merges could fail due to duplicate Public IDs, leaving the Merge button disabled until refresh.
📝 Editing notes no longer causes them to disappear.
⏱️ Approved or Invoiced time entries are now protected from editing in mobile timesheets and schedules, with additional improvements to billing accuracy and invoice date/time handling.
📅 Dynamic scheduler slot durations are now supported, with a default of 30 minutes if no configuration is set.
📦 Fixed an issue preventing bulk stock allocation from the Stock Allocation dialog.
🎯 Improved grid operation button alignment for a cleaner, more consistent interface.
💲 Fixed stock levels and supplier pricing dialogs when previewed from Bundle Components.
