Week 4 of June 2026: What's New This Week?
Jun 26, 2026Enhancements include a branding refactor with multi-brand support, allowing users to create, manage, and assign multiple branding profiles. A new Configure Branding module consolidates branding settings from previous modules, and document generation now automatically applies appropriate branding profiles. Branding logic ensures the correct profile is used based on customer assignments and default settings. Product usage history now includes materials usage on jobs. Department information is inherited on POs/SIs for consistency. Improved defaults and minor UI refinements have been introduced, along with a direct link feature in outbound emails. A fix addresses mismatched counts between 360 view and list view.

🧠 Branding Logic
If the company has only one branding profile, it will be used automatically — no prompts needed.
If the company has multiple branding profiles:
The customer's assigned branding profile will be used for all records linked to that customer.
If no branding profile is assigned to the customer, users will be prompted to select one during document generation.
📝 Notes
For External Chat, Portal Configuration, and Site Summary Reports:
The customer's branding profile will be used if assigned; otherwise, the default branding profile will be used.
For System Condition Reports and email logos:
The default branding profile will always be used, regardless of customer branding assignments.
📦 Product Usage History
Expanded to include materials usage on jobs (not just inventory movements), including job references — applies to both inventory and non-inventory products.
🔗 PO/SI Department Inheritance
When creating a PO/SI against a job, the department is now inherited from the job to reduce manual entry and improve consistency.
⚙️ Improved Defaults & UI Refinements
Smarter defaults introduced, including compact report default for new asset types and default "Site" grouping for recurring job generation.
📱 Small mobile dashboard and UI refinements.
📧 Direct Record Links in Outbound Emails
Added a direct link in outbound emails so recipients can open the related record instantly; requires sending email from inbox.
