Approving Quote

When a quote is created, your client can view and approve these quotes in the portal.  Simply navigate to QUOTES in the menu bar.

QUOTES displays all the open quotes in your client sites. By clicking a quote, your client can review the details of the quote and has the ability to Approve or Reject the quote.  To accept a quote, click on the Approve button, then enter a Purchase Order number or Work Order number. To reject a quote, simply click on the Reject button and state a reason for rejecting. Clients can also download the quote in PDF format.

In the Quotes List View, the client can manage the number of displayed records  by clicking the dropdown value in the Show field. Look for a quote by typing the quote number, job number, or date of creation. Your client also  has the option to  display the closed quotes only by checking the Show Closed Quotes
