HOW TO LINK RECORDS

Open the Job Record then scroll down. You will see the following subpanels:

  • Assets
  • Emails
  • Sales
  • Notes
  • Quotes
  • Tasks
  • Required Skills
  • Job Schedules
  • Time Tracking
  • Work Order Line Items
Linking Records

Click on the arrow down button. Select "Link Existing Records":

You will be directed to the list of records, depending on the sub-panel you have selected. In this scenario, because you have selected "Link Existing Records" in the sub-panel "Assets" it will display all the active assets in your organisation. Simply check the asset(s) you want to link. You may also view the details of that record by clicking the preview eye icon:

Then click the "Add" button at the upper right corner:

There will be  a prompt message "Success: (no. of records) were linked successfully" . You should see the  linked records now in the sub-panel:

You may also unlink the record. Simply click the arrow down beside it then select "Unlink":
