Bulk Scheduling Repair or Non-Recurring Jobs
1. Scheduling a Single Job 📌
Start with the basics — scheduling one job at a time.
- Select the job you want to schedule.
- Click Schedule to begin.
- Choose the technician(s) or schedule(s) the job will be assigned to.
- You can also select multiple days if the job spans several dates.
- Hit Save to lock in the schedule.
- Optionally, send a push notification to notify technicians.
- Want to undo your changes? Click Reset to start over.
2. Using Filters to Refine Your Scheduling View 🎯
Filters make it easier to find the right technician or availability.
You can filter by:
- Users 👤
- Skills 🎓
- Teams (configured in the backend) 👥
These filters help ensure the job is assigned to the right person with the right qualifications.
3. Bulk Scheduling Multiple Jobs 📦
Need to assign several jobs at once? Bulk scheduling has you covered!
- Locate jobs waiting to be scheduled in a specific region (e.g., New South Wales).
- Apply a location filter to narrow down the list.
- Select all the jobs you wish to schedule.
- Choose Schedule from the menu to proceed.
Perfect for high-volume scheduling days! 💪
4. Using the Bulk Scheduler 🗓️
When scheduling in bulk, a dedicated scheduling pop-up will appear.
- Select the technicians to assign the jobs to and set the timing.
- Switch between Week, Month, or Day view depending on your planning style.
- The system will automatically create scheduled entries for each job in sequence.
Smooth, fast, and highly efficient! ⚡
5. Finalizing Bulk Scheduling 🎉
Once jobs are successfully scheduled:
- Their background colour changes (e.g., to blue) to indicate they’re now assigned.
- The total number of unscheduled jobs decreases as they move off the pending list.
A quick visual confirmation lets you know everything’s on track. 👍
