Creating a Job
When something needs to be fixed on your client's site, the client can immediately create a job in the portal. Navigate to JOBS in the menu bar and simply click on the CREATE NEW JOB button. Fill in the details and click on the SAVE button. If successfully saved, it will display a "Success! Successfully created new record" message and it will generate a job number. Clients can also see the created job in the JOBS list to view the details and status.
In the Job List View, the client can manage the number of displayed records by clicking the dropdown value in the Show field. Look for a job by typing the job number or/and filtering the job status and date of completion
