RESETTING A PASSWORD
RESETTING YOUR OWN PASSWORD VIA FORGOT PASSWORD LINK
In the log-in page,simply click the "Forgot Password?" link.
Note: The Forgot Password link will only be visible if the admin enabled it in Password Management
Enter your registered username and password. Then click the "Request Password" button. Make sure that you include the correct email because the link for changing the password will be sent there.
Enter your User Name and new password, then click "Log In":
CHANGING YOUR OWN PASSWORD VIA USER PROFILE
Click the User icon,then select "Profile":
Click the "Edit" button:
Click the "Password" tab and fill in the details. Please take note of the required format of the password. Once you create a new password ,click the "Save" button.
RESETTING OTHER USER'S PASSWORD VIA EMAIL
The system will send a generated password to the user's email. This method is only applicable if the system generated password was enabled in your instance. You can enable this in the Administration Module. Select Password Management then scroll down, check the " Enable System-Generated" :
Navigate to the user's profile ,then click the Edit button. A list of actions will be shown, select "Reset Password" :
RESETTING OTHER USER'S PASSWORD VIA USER PROFILE
Navigate to Users. Open a user record, then click the edit button. After entering the new password, click the "Save" button.
