Common pricing questions
What counts as a user?
Anyone who logs into Fieldmagic - office staff, dispatchers, technicians or managers. Client portal users and read-only observers do not count towards your user limit.
Can I really use the Free plan forever?
Yes. The Free plan includes up to 5 users with access to core features - including quoting, invoicing and accounting integrations - for as long as you need. No credit card is required and no trial period applies.
How does the Professional plan pricing work?
Professional is $235 USD per month and includes your first 5 users. Each additional user is $45 USD per month. You can add or remove users at any time and billing adjusts prorata.
Which currency will I be billed in?
You can be billed in AUD, NZD, USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, SGD. Prices on this page are shown in US dollar (USD) and exclude local taxes such as GST or VAT, which are applied at checkout where applicable.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual Professional plans receive a discount equivalent to two free months. Contact sales for Enterprise annual agreements.
What happens when I outgrow Free?
Your data, assets and inspection history transfer seamlessly when you upgrade. Nothing needs to be re-entered.
