Enhancements:

• Checklist Enhancements
  • Required Before: A new condition has been added to ensure checklists must be completed before performing key actions such as starting a task, job, travel timer, or completing a job/quote.
  • Auto-Attach on Creation: Checklists can now be automatically attached when a job or quote is created, streamlining setup and reducing manual steps.
  • Revamped Instructions Prompt: Instruction prompts have been upgraded to support rich HTML content (excluding ODT formats), enhancing clarity and formatting.
  • Multiple Checklist Linking: You can now link the same checklist multiple times to a job or quote, across both desktop and mobile platforms. This feature also extends to the public API.
  • New Prompt Option – Not Applicable: A new "Not Applicable" response option is now available on pass/fail prompts for added flexibility.
  • Image Requirement Setting: Prompts can now be configured to require at least one image, helping ensure completeness and accountability.
• All custom fields are now available in the field selector within Scheduler settings, giving users greater flexibility in customizing their scheduling views.
• Added support for "Today plus N days" and "Today minus N days" in date fields for more dynamic filtering.
• Date fields can now be selected twice within the same search, allowing for more advanced filter combinations.
• Reduced loading time when opening the Scheduler search dialog for a smoother user experience.
• Filters selected in the Scheduler listing now carry over to the search dialog automatically.

Fixes:

• Fix missing asset type attributes value in advanced reports
• Fix internal server error when grouping by asset attributes
  fields
• Fix display for number custom asset type attributes
• Resolved an issue where department values were not displaying in the listing filter
• Updated job record view to display Work Orders (WO) by default in the tab

Internal Notes

• Ignore last inspection date and status update on asset when
  inspection date provided during is sync is much lesser compare to
  existing date
• Fix potential internal server error when computing
  department ids in role service
