May 28, 2026Enhancements include a new "Generate with AI" feature for asset configuration, a PDF parsing tool for automated field extraction, and a group email inbox. Users can now multi-select when adding team members, and completed jobs reporting includes recurring job IDs. Invoicing and contracts workflows have been improved with better filtering and contract pricing options. SWMS PDFs now have customer-friendly names, and public ID uniqueness is validated on mobile. There are new checklist features, support for tasks, quotes, and project tasks, and improved SWMS labeling. Users can switch between landscape and portrait view, and complete SWMS checklists on desktop. Fixes address issues with report compression, customer search, contract filter presets, and job scheduler location filtering. Additional fixes include corrections to quote scheduling, asset creation on mobile, invoice calculations, asset checklist linking, SWMS PDF export ordering, mobile field displays, timezone adjustments for recent activities, and a new line item replacement button.

📄 Generated SWMS PDFs now use customer-friendly naming (e.g., SWMS_<Job Number>_<Site>.pdf) instead of internal template names.
🆔 Added mobile validation to keep Public ID unique, including offline handling on sync.
🔗 Added "Linked Document" prompt type for checklists.

🔄 Switch between landscape/portrait is now manual to prevent motion sickness — landscape mode fully renders scores and complete SWMS content.

🗜️ Added Compress Report option to switch between full vs compact report based on job size thresholds (assets/checklists).
🔍 Fixed customer search ordering/consistency in Add Quote customer selection vs Global Search.
📅 Fixed Contracts filter presets (Recently Updated / Last 7 days / Last 1 month) that triggered console errors.
🗓️ Fixed Job Scheduler location filtering (country/state) so results appear correctly for full names and codes.
📋 Completing a Quote Schedule on mobile no longer incorrectly marks the Quote as "Closed Won"; it now transitions appropriately.
🏗️ Asset creation/update on mobile now correctly inherits Customer from Site; also addresses bulk update/workflow logic.
🧾 Fixed incorrect Invoice Total Ex-Tax calculations for invoices with mixed tax rates / inconsistent line pricing behavior.
📎 Fixed issue where opening an Asset prompted checklist linking instead of showing existing responses (duplicate-linked checklist scenario).
📑 Fixed SWMS PDF export column ordering (Control Measures placed correctly).
📱 Fixed mobile field display where "Consequences" incorrectly showed "Likelihood".
🕐 The time shown under the Recent Activities section is now timezone-adjusted, consistent with how it appears when viewing the job normally.
🔁 Replace Line Item button added beside each line item — when clicked, it prompts the Browse Products dialog to select a replacement product.
